GRC Assurance is a minority-owned small business that provides governance, risk, compliance and internal controls advice to federal agencies and private entities. The firm was started by Mr. Reginald Nosegbe in 2009 with the objective of partnering with large firms to deliver to its clients innovative and effective business solutions. Over the past two years, as a subcontractor to PwC, GRC has provided the Office of Financial Stability (OFS) at the Department of Treasury with support in its mission to stabilize the financial markets and help the country get on the road to recovery. Mr. Nosegbe, GRC's Managing Principal, formerly a director at PwC, has more than a decade of experience helping organizations design and implement internal controls, information technology, and risk management solutions that solve complex and unique business challenges. Mr. Patrick Ryan, GRC's Operating Principal, brings to our firm more than 18 years of diverse experience within the areas of Financial Services (Capital Markets), Information Technology, Consulting, Public Accounting, and the Federal Government.
